TOONSKULL uses customer information to process orders, arrange fulfillment, provide support and protect the store. This notice describes the artist website and how it connects to our Shopify store.
Orders and customer support
When you purchase, Shopify processes checkout information such as your name, contact details, delivery address, order and payment details. Information needed to make and deliver your order is shared with Printful and delivery providers. When you email us, we use the details you provide to respond and resolve your request.
Shopify’s full store privacy policy is provided at checkout and explains the store’s collection, use, sharing, retention and privacy rights in more detail. Payment information is handled through checkout; the artist website does not ask you to enter payment card details.
Music and local preferences
Music previews and links use Apple services. Playing a preview connects your browser to the audio provider. External services apply their own privacy policies. The website stores game records and certain preferences on your device. The shopping bag on this website lasts for the current page visit.
Service information
Website hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the service. Order records may be retained where needed for fulfillment, support and legal obligations.
