The terms for shopping with TOONSKULL.
Shopping with TOONSKULL
These terms apply to purchases from the TOONSKULL store. Review the product details, shipping policy and return policy before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies presented at checkout.
Products and prices
Our clothing and hats are made to order by Printful. Check the item, size and color carefully before paying. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Product colors and print or embroidery placement may vary slightly.
Orders and payment
Checkout and payment are handled through Shopify and the payment methods displayed at checkout. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not mean the item has already shipped.
We may cancel an order if an item cannot be supplied, payment cannot be completed, or there is a material listing error. If a paid order is canceled, the payment for the canceled items will be refunded. We will contact you if a change requires your agreement.
Changes, shipping and returns
Contact us promptly if you need to change an order. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production begins. Delivery estimates and return eligibility are described in our shipping and return policies. Those policies do not limit rights required by applicable law.
Using this website
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to access another customer’s information. TOONSKULL artwork, music and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights.
Updates
The terms shown when you place your order apply to that purchase. Updates apply to future orders. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law.
