Made for you. Delivered to your door.
U.S. delivery
TOONSKULL currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States only. Delivery availability varies by product and is confirmed at checkout.
Made to order
TOONSKULL clothing and printed accessories are made after you order. Production time varies by product and is separate from shipping time. Many clothing and hat styles take 2–5 business days; selected swimwear can take up to 10 days before dispatch. Check the product details for its production estimate. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Body-care delivery
Body-care products currently ship to the contiguous United States, including Washington, DC. Standard body-care shipping is $8 below a $100 merchandise subtotal and free at $100 after discounts. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and international destinations are not currently supported for body care. Body-care items may arrive separately from clothing and accessories.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Pieces ship from different locations, including overseas. Transit time depends on the product, destination and shipping option; overseas items can take longer. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, and busy periods, customs processing, product availability and carrier delays can affect timing.
Free U.S. shipping on orders US$100+
Orders to supported U.S. destinations receive free shipping when the merchandise subtotal is US$100 or more after discounts and before taxes. The offer applies automatically at checkout.
Shipping rates and destinations
Available destinations, shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Only destinations accepted at checkout are supported. Express shipping, when available, speeds up transit; it does not remove production time.
Tracking and separate packages
You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships. Items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations and arrive on different days.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins. An incorrect address or an unclaimed package may result in additional reshipping charges.
Report a delayed or missing package promptly so we can investigate. Please contact TOONSKULL within 14 days of the estimated delivery date if your order has not arrived. Do not send products to a fulfillment facility without return instructions.
