Made to order
TOONSKULL clothing and hats are produced and fulfilled by Printful after you order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Delivery estimates
Domestic shipping typically takes 1–8 business days after production. Delivery time is production time plus shipping time. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; busy periods, product availability and carrier delays can affect timing.
Shipping rates and destinations
Available destinations, shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Only destinations accepted at checkout are supported. Express shipping, when available, speeds up transit; it does not remove production time.
Tracking and separate packages
You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships. Items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations and arrive on different days.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins. An incorrect address or an unclaimed package may result in additional reshipping charges.
Report a delayed or missing package promptly so we can investigate. Please contact TOONSKULL within 14 days of the estimated delivery date if your order has not arrived. Do not send products to a fulfillment facility without return instructions.
Shipping estimates are based on Printful’s processing and shipping guidance. Nothing in this policy limits rights required by applicable law.
